Bujinkan King Dōjō (武神館 キング 道場) training - 23rd May 2022

We started with the practice of:

  • Ura Gyaku (裏逆 - inside reversal), including distance, correct body positioning and the use of Kyūsho (急所 - vital points)

Then using the feeling of ‘Ken tai ichi-jō' (拳体一条 - the fist and body are one) & 'Shizen Gyōun Ryūsui' (自然行雲流水 - naturally flowing with the water current), we practiced.

  • Tsuki (突き - thrust i.e. punch)
  • Omote Shutō (表手刀 - palm up side of hand)
  • Ura Shutō (裏手刀  - palm down side of hand)

against striking pads.

Good work and well done to everyone who attended.
