Summer 2019 teaching Takagi Yoshin-ryū Jūtaijutsu (高木揚心流柔体術) in Halifax Nova Scotia. We worked on waza and henka from the Chūden no Sabaki Gata (中伝之捌型) and the foundations and principles of the style from a special class that Hatsumi Sensei taught in 1988.
