I am saddened beyond words by the loss of Ishizuka Sensei (Gyokko-ryū Sōke).
He was my primary inspiration within the Bujinkan, still inspires me today and his memory will continue to inspire me for the rest of my life.
My thoughts are with his wife Mako-san, his children. (Mai, Sai and Aki), grandchildren and friends, including his wonderful students both at the Bujinkan Ishizuka Dōjō and across the world.
He was a true treasure of the Bujinkan and can never be replaced.
Rest in peace dear Ishizuka Sensei.
