Then we practiced Ten Ryaku no Maki (天略の巻  heaven strategy scroll) techniques from the Sanshin no Kata (三心の型  three hearts form): We also practiced these techniques with wakazashi (脇差) and examined the small points, principles, and Shinken (真剣) applications of the techniques.  Thank you and good work from everyone who attended.
